All sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and original packaging.


Photos must be taken immediately upon delivery. Claims without proper photo proof at the time of delivery will not be accepted.


All claims are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny any request if the damage appears to be caused after delivery or through misuse.


We do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement. We do not provide refunds.
